Requests: Allowed or not?

Hi,

I haven't been on here very much due to my personal life, and now I have the time to check some stuff out. I am Dutch, but my German is terrible, therefore I am typing this in English and I'm using translation to understand it all a bit more...

I was wonder if I am allowed to post requests on here, and if so, where can I do that? I noticed some area's are locked for me due to my postings, so I was wondering if the request thing is like that aswell. Hope you don't mind me asking...

Hi,

you can post requests, but only if you had at least 20 dues. You only had 8, so you can't do it for now.
