Candice Loren Romo (née Crawford; born December 16, 1986)[1] is a former reporter for KDAF, the CW-affiliate in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas[2] and a former American beauty queen. She won the Miss Missouri USA competition in 2008. She later competed in the Miss USA pageant where she placed in the top ten. She dated Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo since summer 2009.[8][9] On December 16, 2010, the KDAF Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas news station where Crawford works announced she became engaged to Romo while celebrating her 24th birthday with her family at the restaurant Five Sixty.[10] On May 28, 2011, they were married.[11]
On October 25, 2011, Romo announced that he and Crawford are expecting their first child in 2012.
